WARRANTY All items, unless otherwise stated, are fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship and are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Within thirty (30) days we will replace, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice date. This warranty does not cover installation or service of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling; such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration; all plastic and metal surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; products that have had the serial number removed or made illegible. Chrome cannot be guaranteed against bluing. CANCELLED ORDER FEE Customers will be charged 10% of the purchase price or our costs incurred to cancel their order, whichever is less. This fee is for our time and expenses to delete the order, submit any and all paper work to our shipping departments and pay for but not limited to any and all shipping or restocking expenses. RETURNS HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES. We will only accept a return if returned in original parts box that you received it in. DO NOT WRITE on any parts packing boxes. Any parts or parts boxes returned with writing on them may be refused or returned, "we can not sell a part as new if you have written all over the box." Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web page) may be returned within 30 days of your receiving them (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used). In order to keep our prices lowest, we DO CHARGE a 20% RETURN FEE and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges. Returning used products, of course, cannot be allowed. We do not sell used products and you will not receive (nor do you expect to receive) used (or "re-furbished") merchandise from us. Please contact us if you wish to return products (must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used), and we will give you an "RGA" number and instructions on how and where to ship.
